My bus was 30 mins late so don’t panic if yours is not on time! There were about 35 Russian tourists on the coach & 5 or so British so the tour guide alternated between Russian and English so that was good! The tour guide herself is lovely she really tried her hardest! Unfortunately the balloons were cancelled as it was windy so everyone got refunds if they paid the extra €200 to go in a balloon or the extra €14 for the transportation to the balloon viewing area! The hotel that we stayed in for the night was lovely although in an area with nothing around so couldn’t really explore in the free time! I chose not to go to the laser show (€25pp) as it didn’t seem worth it to me for something that’s only 30 mins long! The second day seemed pretty wasted as there were no balloons so all we really did was drive back but all in all it was pretty good! Beautiful sights.

This was a tour we chose only a few days before we arrived in Belek, Antalya, from where we started the tour. The pickup at our hotel was very prompt, within 10 minutes of the given time. Whilst the majority of the tour party (25 people) were Russians, the guide, Vadim, who spoke to them fluently, was also reasonably acceptable in English, so we were not left out of any conversation. He organised all the tours to all the sites very well, with enough time everywhere. He also organised the balloon trip for us, which was the highlight of our tour in Turkey. The mini-coach which transported us was reasonable, and with enough stops it did not feel like a long journey (550 km each way). The driver, Mustapha, was very competent, and we did not feel any risk. All in all, a very good 2-day tour. We felt somewhat tired at the end, but not exhausted. Well worth it for the experience.

Dissappointed with the "air-conditioned" bus that collected us, seats were small and not very comfortable, however being a party of 14 plus 2 guides and driver a small group had its advantage. No waiting around too long as in a larger group etc. Paid for 2 lunches extra which were "interesting" but not worth the money (take a packed lunch if you can) and entry to museums was worth it. Plenty of stops on the way for comfort breaks and visited areas in Cappaodicia were excellent. The guide did very well conversing in four languages and as the only 2 of the party that were from the UK we did not feel left out. The hotel for the night was of a good standard and we chose to go by taxi the following day to see the balloons launch. The taxi that took us had a cracked windscreen and we felt over-charged for the service-6 of us crammed in to a 4 seater and paid 130TL each for the privilege. Could have done without trips to factories. Despite overall trip was good value and I would do again.
