We used this service from Malpensa Airport and to Bergamo Airport. We had good experiences both times. From airport there were not so much travellers but to airport there were so many that it is worth to arrive at meeting point 20 minutes before. When we went to airport, we didn’t know when bus will leave so texted GetYourGuide customer service and within 3 minutes we got the answer. So everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

The directions given to find the bus were not accurate.It was at bus stand 2 and the driver had to be shown on my ticket that it said Teravision. The bus was not the most modern; there are no charging ports and it was quite stuffy. For the price paid, it was ok but there seemed to be more modern buses available who left more frequently. We seemed to leave when it was full.

Fast and comfortable transport to and from the very center of Milan. Totally recommended. On the way back, the driver did not want to let us access the bus because the digital voucher did not specify that it was from "terravision". I had to show him the photo in the "Get your guide" application to access the digital bonus, where the terravision bus appears. I recommend adding the name "Terravision" to the same digital voucher to avoid problems.
