disappointing organisation

The tour guide was very good but not impressed with the organisation. We booked an English tour but due to a shortage of guides our tour was in English, Dutch and German. The tour did not flow smoothly as the guide had to keep changing languages. We were not notified of this and we were not given the option to change our tour even though you had my mobile number.

Very interesting tour, amazing guide

A lot of information was provided, and not only about the Reichstag but about the relevant parts of German history and politics as well. The tour started with a stroll trough the government district, which was very interesting. Our guide was simply great, very friendly, funny and with lots of background knowledge. He could answer any question we threw at him.

Highly recommend this tour and the guides are excellent

Please don't hesitate about booking this tour - it must have taken about 2 hours and for £20.22 for both of us it was fantastic, very informative too. Our guide, Stephan was a font of knowledge, could speak ?9 different languages and was a wonderful tour guide. Wrap up warm for the Glass Dome, its all open to the elements and was very cold at night, don't worry about doing this tour at night though as our pictures still all came out brilliantly. Our tour time was slightly moved to a later time and the other people that joined us came on it a day early but that was fine because then the tour was specifically in English which made it much more understandable.
