This was the perfect way to acquaint ourselves and become familiar with Bilbao. Our guide Yoann was very informative and entertaining, all while taking good care of everyone. We now have a better appreciation of the city and Basque culture, along with great options of where we want to go and what we want to do. Couldn’t have been better!

Perfect as always from booking to event, with all interim information and memories. The bikes were in good condition. Our guide is ambitious and excellent at imparting his very good knowledge, historically and especially culturally. And that too in good German with an amazingly extensive vocabulary. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

We have seen a lot in 3 hours, crossed the whole city, impossible to do this on foot. The guide was fantastic: learned a lot, lots of fun facts too, lots of humor and he spoke excellent English. He hasn't been doing this for long, but he is doing very well with a lot of enthusiasm. Absolutely great. That way we also knew what we wanted to see for ourselves afterwards.
