I really enjoyed it. Crew was friendly. Tour guide was funny & informative. Time was accurate. We pulled off on time. A few things to improve: someone was smoking cigarettes & it made me nauseous. Also, I wish I knew before I chose my seat that upstairs masks were not required. I would have sat elsewhere.

Overall was good. Really enjoyed the Everglades tour. Would suggest some earplugs for those with sensitive hearing. Loud when going at high speed. Transfer from bus to boat rental was a little stressful. The instructions did not mention needing printed receipt for boat tour from bus personnel first. Hurried down to make reservations and then had to come back for receipt and go back again. We were not the only ones. Bus tour nice, relaxing, nothing exciting but did see a lot of the city. Boat tour was good. Nice trip, pleasant guide. Suggest bringing drinks/snacks if doing all 3 in 1 day like we did.
