Irene taught me that pasta-making is not alchemy. During a fun and informative evening Irene directed me and my wife through simple and reliable methods of pasta-making, and taught us some useful tricks. After returning home with the newly achieved pasta confidence, I have indeed managed to create nice dishes with my own fresh pasta Grazie mille!!

The experience was great and Paola did a great job at explaining us all there was to know about Italian cooking. She was really welcoming and supportive, my pastas were not as great as she said. what we made was delicious and she offered us really nice wine to go along. I would do it again.

Antonio was so fun and enjoyable! He taught us and told stories and made our night so great. He is a great teacher. He taught us how to make homemade pasta and everything was so delicious! Our cooking class was a highlight of our vacation.

I enjoyed this class. Paola met me right on schedule. We walked through several market areas and back to her home. She was kind, gracious and knowledgeable. Her English was great. This was a wonderful experience.

Irene introduced us to Bolognese pasta cooking with her cheerful manner and at the same time very informative.
