Joey our first driver was very informative and funny. And our second driver (didn't catch his name, sorry, his 2 sister's are teachers and he used to lecture at Universities) was also full of information, told us all of Boston's firsts! He was also very entertaining and I really enjoyed my day! I also loved that I could take my time and just get off at any stop and then get on again when I was ready to move on. I highly recommend this to all!

This tour around Boston is a really great way to get around the city and get a glimpse into the wealth of history and activities there are to enjoy. The tour guides are very experienced, and it’s fun to just sit on the trolley, or hop off and explore certain areas more in depth.

For a first time visitor, she wasn't helpful at directing people what direction to go in to find the point of interest she had mentioned. This should have been a helpful experience and this particular woman was uninteresting, I would say bored with her job.... Sorry, I don't find fault with these types of things, but this was hard to watch as people expected help but received indifference.
