Discover the historical center of Bratislava during a 2-hour walking tour with licensed city guides, and explore the main monuments and sites in the Old Town. The tour can also be tailored to a theme of your choice. Themed tours include a classical Bratislava tour, Coronation Road tour, sacral tour, tour of Bratislava’s historic defense system, or Jewish tour. Whichever you choose, you will stroll through the old center of Bratislava, while learning about its history dating back from the Celtic Boii tribes, through the arrival of the Slavs to city’s modern history starting at the end of communist era. Discover where 11 Hungarian kings and queens were crowned. Enjoy the magnificent panoramic view from the UFO-like tower on the SNP (Slovak National Uprising) bridge (optional, available at an additional cost). Visit the main square to admire the Old Town Hall from the 14th-century and the Maximilian Fountain, the oldest fountain in the city. Other highlights that you can see during the guided tours are the Gothic Church and Convent of the Order of St. Clare, and the last original town gate, the St. Michael's Gate. We had a very good experience with Linda. The tour was very heavy on historical information but she was happy to answer our questions about current Slovakian life when we asked them, and she gave us great information about events happening in the city during our stay.

L'escursione è fatta bene. Eva è un'ottima guida. Abbiamo trascorso due ore a parlare della storia di Bratislava, ci ha spiegato le opere che abbiamo visto e ha risposto alle nostre curiosità sulla popolazione slovacca. Il percorso non è affatto stancate ed è risultato piacevole.

Très bon guide, bien intéressant. Prenez toutefois le temps et l'énergie de bien comprendre le lieu de rendez-vous qui se trouve être devant l'Opéra, c'est la seule chose à retenir (l'indication de la place Machin et de l'avenue Bidule données tour à tour sur le bon de commande et 24h avant la prestation induisent en erreur : la place en question est en fait une esplanade de 200/300 m de long, vous pouvez donc vous retrouvez facilement à l'autre bout, être "sur" la place ne suffit donc pas à trouver le rdv!). En m'approchant au hasard d'une personne qui je pensais être un concurrent du prestataire local puisque je ne voyais pas d'indices clairs, m'a indiqué être au bon endroit. L'insigne du prestataire local est en effet écrit en lettres "minuscule" sur des supports vantant en "gros" le tour de ville Blabla. Arrivez donc en avance!
