Our guide, Mike, was great. He was knowledgeable and nice. The only bad part of the trip was the bus ride. The suspension bottomed out many times and hurt my back. If the ride was smoother, it would have been a 5 star trip.

Quick review: Jamie was a fantastic guide on a very hot day in Yosemite! This felt like a fun field trip with a great group of strangers and a van that had great AC. Jamie gave us realistic advice for which places to visit in the 3 hours we had at the valley. More details: It was our first time going to Yosemite, and although we wanted to do the Giant Sequoia trip, IncredibleAdventures (who operates this tour) told us that not enough people booked The Giant Sequoia trip for us to go on it (they told us 2 days before our scheduled tour). Luckily, they rebooked us into the Yosemite Day Trip tour (for the same date as our original reservations) and gave us a refund for the inconvenience. The Yosemite Day Trip tour was awesome! Even when we had some issues with receiving our refund, the GetYourGuide customer service team helped us out quickly. Overall, very satisfied with the clarity before and throughout the trip to Yosemite! Their customer service after the trip was also exceptional.

I truly enjoyed the tour but a few points. * The gouide could have given us the park map at the beginning of the trip, not on the second day. * She told us the hike on the second day was easy and takes about 3 hours, but it is steep down hill trail, which is not for beginers. It took 4.5 hours for us, though beautiful. It looks she never hiked there. It is called 4 Mile Trail, but precisely it is 4.8 miles. My phone said I walked 9.5 miles that day. (I walked only a few blocks besides the hike that day, e.g bet the van and hotel) Hope she would speak from her own experience or do some research before giving us an advice. But again, it was a great tour, thank you so much!

Glad we booked a tour instead of driving up to Yosemite ourselves and Roman as our guide was awesome!! I wish we were there for longer but it was well worth it as we got to stop and see many things. I enjoyed the solo time we got too. Pack nausea medication for the bus ride because there are lots of turns and curves on the mountain that could make you feel uneasy. Overall great experience!

Denisse is very awesome!!! Made our experience very delightful and knows a lot of the history. It was a great day and she made it better. Made sure even with the weather we got a good tour!

Took the trip with my girl, out guide poquita was very polite and attentive, she made the experience for everyone incredible. I will definitely will recommend this tour guide for a friend.

Amazing. Very good tour guide (driver) Gino. In one day I visited a lot of nice places.
