An informative and fun tour, led by Jamal. Our train from Brussels was delayed by 25 minutes so we were surprised and delighted to see the group had not yet left the meeting spot when we finally arrived, thanks to a comprehensive briefing from Jamal before the group started the walk. We learned the history of the city and hit all the major sites. Jamal was engaging and high energy - necessary for people who pay to be led. I highly recommend the tour and the guide

It went very fast. The guide was very knowledgeable about history and tried to make a game out of it. I sometimes found him hard to understand though; I sometimes felt the tour was meant to be in Spanish and there was a surprise that some people were doing it in English. This being said, I still managed to follow and like I said, he was very knowledgeable. I would recommend the tour.

Rather chaotic at the beginning with lots of tour groups meeting at the same place and our guide was ill so we were combined with a different group and to start with so no-one knew what was happening until about 10 mins after it should have started. We were given our full time though. No map was given out but we were told where we could collect one from. Saw a lot of places but perhaps a little more detail would have been good.
