We had arrived at Zeebrugge on P&O Arcadia and the cruise company only arranged a shuttle bus to the port gates or the the town near to Zeebrugge (not Bruges) The friendly staff for the bus company arranged thru Get Your Guide were expecting us and gave us a map and detailed instructions of how the shuttle buses ran and where we would be taken in Bruges for the drop off/pick up. The driver wa svery friendly and the buses ran regularly and were well maintained. It was a shame that more people from the ship did not use the service (it ran both ways with only 6 or 7 passengers) and we know that P&O charged much more for their service to and from Bruges.

Great museum to go with kids! It's entertaining, interesting and instructive. All of our 4 children (7, 10, 12, 15) had fun in the museum and there were no classic museum situations (such as "don't touch!" Or the like). Boredom never came up and the children later told other people how great it was.

The tour guide was very good. He told us interesting facts about Brugges. It was very informative without being boring. He knew answers to our questions. Was very friendly and helpful. At the end of the guide he took us to the Xmas market and showed us how to get back to the bus. Would highly recommend

The booking process was easy to use and locating the office to collect our tickets and directions to the shuttle bus made it a smooth transition from the ship. The location which we were dropped off in bruge was only a 10 minute walk into the centre of bruge was worked well.

Very efficient and close to our ship. Excellent service and good value. Would use again in the future
