Such a fun class! Great to learn the tips and tricks of chocolate making. Hot chocolate was delicious! Note: if you have a server nut allergy I would be cautious. The class had fruit and nuts (including peanuts) as toppings. There were nut free alternatives however was not sure about cross contamination.

This workshop was Excellent - however solely down to the guide whom I believe was called Saideh. She was so friendly, knowledeable and made the whole session so fun. Me and partner loved learning the process and how interactive the workshop is. The best bit is that we got to take our creations with us! Well worth the time and price!!!

It was a fun and creative way to experience Brussels. We enjoyed the hands on activity, but the instructor spent too much time talking. Other than that, he was friendly and informative. We made chocolates in molds and on wax paper and with nuts, we watched ganache being made, and drank hot chocolate. We were given a beautiful little box to take our chocolates home in. I suggest little caramel balls are added in the future.
