Our tour guide Stephen was very informative. However the tripe was centered around history and not much on the present. We were given 1.25hr to explore on our own in Bruges and 45min in Ghent which was very little time explore other things we had in mind not to say to support the very much needed local business. Something to improve on. Otherwise if you are very much into history this is great guided tour

The meeting point was very organised, the trip was filled with activities with not a moment of boredom Much appreciation to our guide Veronica, she was excellent, thorough and extremely kind and helpful Worth the experience but would have been alot nicer in spring or summer

Great trip, you have to see both these cities. The guide was speaking with a good accent and the service was good overall. On the negative side we had to walk a serious amount to and from the bus to the center and this is not good in aspect of time. And also at the end from the moment we started going to the bus the guide stopped speaking. We could have heard a lot of stuff in these 30 min walk to the bus and the 1,5 hour drive back. Also the earphones on the radio we used to hear the guide were terrible and very outdated.
