Tour guide and driver were excellent (Tudor and George) - they knew the history, they were very knowledgeable and engaged in conversation with us! We forgot a hat on the bus and they returned it without us asking! We loved Castle Peles and the city of Brasov. Bran Castle was crowded and very touristy.

Serban Riga was excellent, we booked the tour only the day before and received the confirmation email within seconds. The confirmation of the pick up time came a little while later with his contact number as well as the vehicle model & reg plate to look out for. He kept us all well informed of estimated times, traffic predictions as well as lots of info about Romania etc. always cheerful and kept us entertained with his jokes and cheesy music. The tours ran like clockwork as he was very firm on meet times which was beneficial to all. Our driver was also excellent, polite and efficient, together they made for an excellent trip. The whole tour was excellent, the guide provided useful and interesting information, all very organized despite the fact that we are in high season and the number of people visiting these castles is abundant. Highlight the guide, Serban Riga, it was a pleasure doing the tour with him, he put fun and good humor, I would do a tour with him again without thinking twice. Both beautiful castles, well worth taking the extended tour of Peles Castle.
