The trip from start to finish was superb. on the way to Etyek we were introduced to our fellow passengers and got a great history lesson of budapest and the regions we travelled through, aswel as valuable insight into the history of winemaking in Hungary and the town of Etyek. The 3 vineyards we visited all had their own character , from visiting Charlie's own wine cellar and tasting wine directly from the barrel , to optimus vineyard with beautiful outdoor seating where we drank really tasty wine in the good company of a family from ohio who were also on the trip. The traditional 3 course meal served at the last vineyard was superb and again you couldn't fault the wines. We has 12 different wines in total with many different varieties. Our tour guide was fun, very knowledgeable of the wines and knew the area well having lived in another town not far from Etyek. A great tour to meet new friends, see the hungarian countryside and drink excellent local wines. A great trip 👌
