A wonderful evening of classical music in a magnificent building. We thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the downside was having to queue outside for over half an hour to get into the basilica in order to exchange pre-booked tickets for paper tickets. Surely in this day and age a QR code reader would be more efficient and get people in out of the cold quicker.

The musicians were exceptional and the repertoire chosen to highly their amazing skills. The only challenge we had was, that from our Class 3 seats, the sounds slurred together, so that the particularly fast sections of organ playing sounded very muddy. We suspect the sound quality was better in the premier seats.

The concert was very impressive . The ticketing procedure before the concert was very slow and primitive. It was requested to arrive 20 minutes before ,but we were there even 30 minutes before. The ticketing took above then 40 minutes and concert was initiated without any concern that attendees still outside.
