This tour is basically just a transfer to a boat ride and back. The return does not drop you at your hotel but nearby. The actual delta is interesting and worth a visit if you want a change from downtown Buenos Aires. But you could just take a train to Él Tigre and organise a boat trip once there - would be much cheaper.
