Overall we enjoyed our trip to Bursa. I contacted the tour company regarding the pick up and the communication was good. We were picked up from our hotel. Hotel pick ups were done fairly quickly and no time was wasted. The things we really liked: - Munira Turkish delight stop was nice. We got to sample the Turkish delight. - lunch was really good!! - our guide Hakim was very lovely and would stop and tell us about the Bosporous bridge, the Osman Ghazi bridge and some history there and there What we didn’t like: - The group is too big so delays with people not coming back in time. Some passengers were very inconsiderate of others and made us wait consistently. The guide could have been more strict with times. - Not enough time to actually see Bursa because of the shopping stops. They’re not necessary and I didn’t enjoy. Thankfully we all said no to the last shopping trip - ATV price not told beforehand or the chair lift. Take cash with you! - very long and tiring day
