Family hike, from 10 to 72 years old. Great experience despite program change due to seismic activity. We were informed the day before with the possibility of cancellation and a refund of 20€ per person was offered otherwise. The guides (Eduardo for us) are passionate and fascinating. They go in pairs with two groups, so that they can help people down in case of a problem (which happened to us, someone being injured in our group). They speak French and English very well, are attentive that everyone can ride and adapt the pace. The ascent, in addition to the altitude, means that this hike still requires a certain physical form. It will be one of my best memories of Sicily!

An excellent excursion with a guide who explains the life of Etna well. Even if we could not climb to the top due to an access ban, we climbed up to 2900 m to admire the most recent lava flow. And we went through different places that would not be accessible without a guide. I recommend with eyes closed

My wife and I chose this tour, knowing that the itinerary had been changed due to increased volcanic activity. Eduardo was a fantastic guide who took us up through a lava tube and some craters, and gave us lots of information on the way. Not an easy hike, but not too difficult either.

We did the 6-hour tour to one of the top craters of Mount Etna and the guide explained us a lot about the nature, the minerals and the entire landscape. It was very well organized, we got all necessary equipment and had a super day!

Reaching the top was not possible because of volcanic activities but an alternative route was proposed and a partial refund given. It’s great they kept the hike, the colours and the views are amazing
