    Visit Sardinia's capital city, Sinna, a small town located near Cagliari where you can still see the typical Campidanese-style houses in its historical center.  In one of these houses, under the supervision of the skilful hands of a local woman, your host, you will learn how to make different types of local and national traditional pasta. Each pasta you make will be characterized with different colors and flavors: malloreddus (Sardinian gnocchi), culugiones (a special kind of ravioli) as well as ordinary ravioli and tagliatelle.  Later, cook pasta with your host and eat together, accompanying your meal with a lovely local wine.

    I highly recommend you book this experience, it is amazing! Isabella and Valerio are very kind and funny people. They picked us up and drove us to a beautiful house were we took the pasta making class. Every step was explained very well and they were very supportive and encouraging in their teaching methods, which was great because I am a far from natural cook :-) After the class we enjoyed some delicious snacks, drinks and our self-made pasta in their lovely garden.

It starts with a small 6 meter slope and continues along the riverbed between waterfalls and fun slides. It is a perfect path to the Canyoning approach, also suitable for younger adventurers.     A pleasant journey with eco-friendly electric bikes along the Cagliari gulf coast, its canals, and the nature of Molentargius Park, in the company of flamingos and seagulls. From the port, the ride continues along the coast to the Terramaini canal bike lane which leads to the natural park and the “City of Salt”. From there, you move across the lagoon to the Poetto beach, where you stop for a break in a seafront restaurant/bar. On the way back through vineyards and olive trees, you will find one of the most famous shrines of rural Sardinia, a marvelous small hidden church. Make the 30-minute trip back to the city, including a nice sightseeing tour of Cagliari ponds with it's beautiful pink flamingos.

we (3 adults) enjoyed the bike tour with our guide ivan a lot! it‘s always a great opportunity to see as much as possible of a city, esp. if there‘s not too much time to explore it. the bikes are solid and well maintained, each one has a little basket attached which is useful for bags etc. ivan shared interesting facts about cagliari‘s history and before the tour ended, we were invited for a coffee break in a nice café. to sum it up, i can recommend to book the tour.

We really enjoyed the tour. We were taking nice keep ride in a National park in the mountains and observed the surroundings, and our guide told us a lot of new and interesting information about local history and surroundings and Sardinia. We also seen stunning views from one of the highest mountains in the area and enjoyed Picknick with local homemade food. Definitely to recommend.

We had a wonderful afternoon with great conversations and even better food. Isabella and Valerio are super nice people and the pasta making was a lot of fun. I was so in love with the bread Valerio baked that he gave me a quarter of it and I smuggled it home :-) I would highly recommend!
