Our tour guide, Mahmoud, was very knowledgeable about the history of the pyramids and sphinx and spoke very good English. He took us to a perfume shop, art shop, and took us to lunch. He helped us take a lot of photos. He is one of the best tour guides I have ever had.

Out driver waited over 1.5 hrs for us due to arriving late, out bags not arriving and having to file a claim with the airline. He was polite, and a great driver. Car wasn’t fancy - but clean inside with A/C. Didn’t talk at all, but that may have been due to a language barrier. Very happy with the transfer and would book again.

Driver met me as arranged. The car was spotless, the driver was very polite. The hotel is small and it was difficult to find, but he found it fairly quickly. I was surprised that the price doubled between the posted cost and payment. This was in the Get-your-guide website, so it had nothing to do with the driver.
