Arrived in Benidorm and decided we would spread our wings and visit somewhere else during our stay as we have been to Benidorm before and we have seen all it had to offer. The wife found Get Your Guide and booked the coach trip to Valencia. I was dubious as I've been on trips like this which have been pretty poor. Luckily for us, the pickup point was right outside our hotel. When we were on the coach we were introduced to a lot of options for additonal trips but I liked that it didn't feel like a pressure sell. We decided that as we had 5.5 hours in Valencia and rather than just wander round aimlessly for 5 hours as we usually do, we booked the guided tour of Valencia and the trip to the Aquarium where we would be collected from. Other than the god awful service at the McDonalds round the corner from the drop off point (yes I know.... it was a McDonalds) the trip was brilliant. Doing both of these trips broke the day up and gave us at least an hour between to have a quick snoop round
