I only have one complaint but that was resolved. We needed to take our dog as we were on holiday and had nowhere to leave her ,but after I’d booked the tickets the confirmation informed me that we couldn’t bring her. Worse still because it was less than 24 hours to the booked date I couldn’t get a refund. I contacted the support team and we were allowed to bring her. Every driver was very happy to take us all. Please can you update your information for the next dog owner. PS our dog was beautifully behaved and the trip was brilliant , very informative and easy to use ( apart from the above). Highly recommended.

Good tour, used from 3pm on day one, then 10.30 on day two, so it covered the 24 hours. Good commentary and clean and comfortable vehicle. However headphones were taken as advised by the driver, but not needed as the onboard loudspeakers were loud enough - a wee bit wasteful, as we’d already opened the packets. Not the company’s problem, but the roads were in a shocking state, so it was quite a bumpy ride!!

I always take the hop on hop off buses when I m visiting a new city. ITs a way to discover all the attractions and sightseeing very quick and choose the one that u are most interested in. It will be better that the busses running till late..like 8 9 pm.
