What people are saying about Belfry of Bruges
Dirk showed us the main sights of the city, and what we wanted to see.
We loved our two hours with Dirk. We saw the relic of the Holy Blood in the Basilica of the Holy Blood, and the lovely Romanesque chapel on the lower level. He gave us a moment to photograph swans on the canal on our way to the beautiful Church of our Lady. We wanted to see Michaelangelo’s Madonna and Child inside the Church. After that, he showed us where to find Old Saint John’s Hospital and gave us a brief tour of the Groeningemuseum, which was high on our list. He left us there to explore. Thank you for a great tour!
A local highly educated and friendly guide
Paul is amazing. He was born in the hospital in Bruges and he is highly educated in law and he showed us places and tell us the history of each place and his own stories of his childhood which make our tour so good that we wish we have more time to learn more from him. We highly recommend Paul when you are in Bruges. Thank you Paul.
Knowledgeable, friendly, best part of our visit
I booked this tour off the reviews & it delivered! Our guide was a true delight- so friendly, great English, and so knowledgeable about the architecture, the history of the neighborhoods, and the nuance of Brugge. This 2 hours was a highlight of our visit and gave us insight into the best tea shops, chocolate shops and more.
Fascinating and very well informed guide. Highlight of our stay.
This was the highlight of our stay. Our guide was extremely well informed and knowledgeable. His tour was fascinating and we were able to see parts of Bruges that we would not have found without him.
They were very accommodating at changing our meeting place at the last minute. We felt our guide adapted the tour to suit the fact we had a wheel chair and also he personalised it for us.
