Great crew members on board, very friendly and kind. Snorkeling happens first thing, as they do not allow you to drink beforehand, however we didn't get to snorkel due to rain I wish we had the option to do it afterwards. The $25 PER PERSON docking fee was a surprise to me, so make sure to read fine prints. A family of 7 ended up paying $275 (including children) and we're not happy. 3 hours on the island is definitely not enough to see it all. If you just want the catamaran experience then go for this, otherwise it's best to take the ferry on your own timing and enjoy the whole day on the island

The trip was fun however the docking fee as per the docking fee website says 15usd and kids under 5 free and the company charges 25usd and kids under 5 also pay. This was not a good start to the day. The weather was terrible so did not go snorkelling should be a better beach up plan if weather does not look good. Staff and host were very good and the island was fun

Overall, definitely a highlight of our trip! The boat was exactly as pictured, enjoyed sitting on the netting and taking in the views of the picturesque water. Snorkel was a bit short, about 20 minutes, but we did see a reef and underwater statues. Afterwards, they also let us swim in another area for another 20 minutes or so. The island was beautiful and relaxing. Staff was friendly and mostly attentive. My only issue was it appeared when booking that you could just walk from the Hotel Zone in Cancun to a dock for pick up, but we actually needed to take a bus and do a lot of pick ups and drop offs.
