My partner and I did this tour and it was the best part of our 2.5 week holiday in Mexico! We were offered an upgrade ($50USD) to go on a smaller catamaran with only 30 people instead of 100, it also included extra drinks and docked at a nicer area to explore on the island. It was well worth the extra $. The beach at Isla Mujeres was absolutely breathtaking and the Mexican buffet lunch was so delicious. The boat was fun and we loved snorkelling at two different points in the ocean on the way there. Cannot recommend this tour enough!

The pickup time was smooth, however the line for taking the catamaran took a long time. After that it was all flowing with the time, the staff was fun, drinks were alright and the boat we had was covered too, so we didn't have the sun on us at all time, so that was great. Lunch was not great for me, but my partner liked it. There was also free time at Isla Mujeres so we walked a bit and jumped to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed it.

We had an amazing one-day tour to Isla Mujeres. The catamaran looks new, clean and very well-maintained, hosting around 50 guests. Activities included: snorkelling to see coral reefs & underwater sculptures, buffet lunch and 3-hour free time to swim and explore the island. All the staff were super friendly, attentive, energetic and knew how to excite & liven up guests with music, dancing & games. Highly recommend anyone visiting Cancun should book this tour to Isla Mujeres.
