Be collected from your accommodation in Cape Town at around 9:00 AM by a Mercedes Benz C-class, Hyundai H1, Toyota Quantum GL, or Mercedes Benz Sprinter for larger groups. Head out on your full-day tour of the Cape Peninsula with a qualified guide. If this is your first time in Cape Town, you will be taken on a 30-minute city orientation tour before heading out.  Travel along the Atlantic seaboard, driving between the mountains and the ocean, and pass through Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay, Llandudno, and Chapman's Peak. Make a photograph stop at Maiden's Cove. Stop in Hout Bay, where you will have the option of taking a boat to Seal Island. For lunch, you can enjoy the fresh seafood at harbor eateries. Alternatively, a light meal will be available further on at Noordhoek village, along with the best coffee this side of the Cape at Roast Village.  Next, set off for the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and the Cape Point lighthouse, a popular stop for photographs. See the Dias and da Gama monuments and the local fauna and flora. You may also encounter some baboons and other wildlife. Enjoy an optional wine tasting of the region’s best Sauvignon Blanc at Cape Point Vineyard or a stop at the Cape Point ostrich farm. Continue to Simon’s Town to see the monument of the Great Dane dog who made his own history in the South African Navy. Visit Boulder's Beach and see the penguin colony. Return to Cape Town and pass through Fish Hoek and Muizenburg, via the Old Cape Road, with an optional stop at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, if time allows. You can be dropped off at your accommodation or a restaurant of your choice in Cape Town.

Our driver, Ferdinand was great. He picked us up on time, took us to all of the sites in the tour description and helped us avoid the usual scammers, etc. that one sees at tourist stops. No topics seemed to be off limits in our discussions about the history of SA, so we learned a lot on our journey. Besides our history lesson we had more than a few laughs as well. Thanks Ferdinand!

We had a perfect day with our guide "King Arthur". He showed us every sight on the way to the Cape of Good Hope and told us the history of the places and backgrounds in an impressive way. He never tired of telling and showing us new things. For lunch he took us to a wonderful fish restaurant, definitely an insider tip. Thank you King Arthur for a lovely day exploring South Africa!
