A company representative will be waiting with a clearly marked name board at the first point of contact after you exit the baggage claim area. You will be assisted with your luggage and escorted to the pick-up point where the driver will be waiting to transfer you to your destination. Depending on the option chosen, service is available from the airport to the city and Camps Bay or to the Winelands and 12 Apostles areas.

Was picked up on time and the driver was nice. I booked a limousine and was picked up by a van. Refreshment as described was not offered.

I actually expected that I would be picked up in a limousine as booked. At the airport I was then taken to a VAN. The best of the drivers was then able to use the bus lane and thus avoid the traffic jam a little
