Full description
After a short safety briefing, you will begin riding south to the Cape of Good Hope. This area is a world-renowned landmark, and contains monuments in honor of two of the world's most famous explorers: Vasco da Gama and Bartolomeu Dias. On your way, observe over 250 species of birds, baboons, ostriches, bucks, and the Cape Mountain Zebra. You will then head to Cape Point where you will get off your bike to travel to the lighthouse, where you will have some leisure time and eventually lunch at a local restaurant (not included). Once you’ve made the most of Cape Point, you will ride your bike back north to where you started to get back in the vehicle for the last attraction of the day. You will have the option to visit the penguins at Boulders Beach in the charming coastal town of Simon’s Town. There you will be able to observe them coming back from the ocean, basking on the beach, or just resting in their nest, from a non-intrusive platform above the floor.

The tour was very varied and was really fun. Our guide made the day an unforgettable experience with his pleasant manner and his many interesting information. The tour was very exclusive because there were only two of us with the guide. We saw baboons, turtles and ostriches. The bikes were in very good condition and it was nice not to be in the car all day like most other tourists. Everything was well organized and there was even a delicious lunch included. We also visited the penguins at Boulders Beach. Thank you for this great day!

Our guides, Wellington and Edward, we so professional and caring. They coordinated the group, made allowances for what started as a rainy day but got better with time. We had the best time ever and learnt so much about every bit of the beautiful vista we saw on the way and at our stops. The e-bikes were good and we became confident quickly with their guidance and safety tips. Of course we had many laughs along the way!! Cheers to this exceptional team and thanks for an unforgettable and breathtaking tour! It’s highly recommended!!

The tour was a unique experience - by bike to the Cape of Good Hope. Everything worked out wonderfully. We were picked up on time from our lodge in Rondebosch. There were no other guests except us. On the one hand, our guide Angelo spoke perfect German and was so nice and courteous and he passed on his love for South Africa to us. At the Cape we had enough time to explore everything. Then we were still in Simonstown - Boulders Beach - with the penguins. Angelo then showed us a really nice coffee, where we drank very good coffee. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat. It was fantastic.
