    Cape Town's natural beauty is world-renowned, however, few have experienced its sights and sounds from the fresh blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. It is unmatched with its combination of scenery and wildlife, it's just magic. Leaving the venue at the calm waters of the V&A Waterfront, you will paddle into the fresh movement of the ocean where you will encounter the active local marine life and possibly catch a glimpse of some local dolphins, whales, seals, penguins, and sunfish. You will also witness unique views of Lion's Head, Signal Hill, the Twelve Apostles mountain range, and a local shipwreck. The tour will then finish with a breathtakingly photogenic view of Cape Town's treasure, Table Mountain. This location is one of the most photogenic places on earth. No previous experience is needed. The boats are extremely stable and the guides monitor the ocean conditions carefully so you will be perfectly safe. The venue is located in the V&A Waterfront parking garage, next to the Oranjezicht Farm Market & the Lookout Function Venue.     The Marine Life Kayak Tour was exceptional. We went during lockdown and as it is the start of the upcoming season we were lucky enough to be the only travellers on the tour. Our guide was charming, friendly and knowledgeable and we enjoyed having him to ourselves. When we went at the end of August it wasn't too windy and was a gorgeous sunny day, perfect to bask in the 360 degree views of Robben Island, Table Mountain, Lion's head, the V&A and the harbour. The activity itself isn't too strenuous and you can enjoy yourself even if you aren't an experienced kayaker.

    I’ve done kayaking twice with these guys and loved it every time! What a beautiful way to see Cape Town and Table mountain differently. We saw so many dolphins swimming around us, and the guides were friendly and enthusiastic! It has definitely been the highlight of both my trips to Cape Town. I highly recommend it and will definitely be doing it again.

    The kayak tour was absolutely fantastic! We saw dolphins and they were so close to us that we could have touched them. Absolute dream! Our first tour was postponed due to bad weather. The Atlantic Outlook team took care of us all the time to get a new appointment. If the kayak tour had not worked due to weather / time reasons, the payment would have been reimbursed. During the tour it was made sure that everyone stayed together, so no one was "lost". 100% recommendation! Super relaxed and loving team! In any case, take changeable clothes with you ;-)
