    2. 2-Day Safari Experience at Garden Route Game Lodge

    On the first day, you will depart Cape Town and drive along the scenic coastal road through to Cape Agulhas via Hermanus, the whale watching capital of the world. Visit the southernmost tip of Africa and its beautiful lighthouse before heading on to the Garden Route Game Lodge.  At the lodge, enjoy a Big 5 sunset safari on an open-air vehicle, followed by a huge all-inclusive buffet dinner. Stay in beautiful 4-star wooden chalets under the clear African skies with excellent views of the stars. The next day, join the early morning game drive to see some of the animals you might have missed the evening before. Breakfast follows, and after you’ll visit the local reptile park. Finally, you'll make your way back to Cape Town for arrival around 7:00 PM.

    Departing from the jetty outside the Two Oceans Aquarium at the V&A Waterfront, the Waterfront Harbour Cruise puts Cape Town’s bustling harbour in the spotlight. Expect to see key attractions including icons of maritime history as well as epic views of the city’s natural landscape. Highlights include the SAS Somerset, the only remaining boom defence vessel in the world, and the southern hemisphere’s largest synchro-lift and only drawbridge, the Bascule Bridge.     Der Empfang und die Betreuung in Gansbaai waren großartig. Vor der Bootstour gab es einen kurzen Einführungsfilm. Auf der Tour selbst haben wir u.a. Pinguine, Haie und Robben gesehen. Auch der Shuttle von/nach Kapstadt funktionierte einwandfrei und man konnte die Landschaft genießen.

    If the transfer option is selected, your adventure will start pickup from your hotel in Cape Town. Take a 2.5-hour drive along a scenic route to get to your destination - the Great White House. Once there, enjoy a breakfast or lunch before a safety briefing about what to expect. Then, stroll to the harbor to board a dedicated shark-diving vessel. Journey to Dyer Island in 20 minutes and drop anchor where the sharks reside. Your boat will have all the amenities, along with drinks and snacks for your comfort.     Very well organised with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Definitely worth the journey from Cape Town. Attended the day with my 2 grownup children who also rated the day/experience as one to remember and also thoroughly enjoyed the day. Would highly recommend!

    Jean Luc was a very knowledgeable guide who spent all day with us. There were only two of us on the trip but we each got personal attention. We saw penguins, ostriches, hyrax, baboons and some amazing scenery. Jean Luc knew every inch of that area.

    Unfortunately we were not able to see Whales and the guide told us that there was just one boat going out to see whales (so they searched that for us) but this boat was full already (i think was the same company I contacted some days before). Despite this, the company organizing this tour was very good. They contacted us due to changes they wanted to make, but it was ok for them if we didnt want them (we changed the day due to weather, so it worked for us) The trip was very nice Denver and (I dont remember her name) the german translator were very nice people and learnt a lot from the country and the people. They were very patient and we didnt feel under stress as we did in another day tour with another company. We could totally recommend the tour, the company and the guides are very professional and nice. To see the whale is a mather of nature, or being lucky :)

It was just amazing, the tour guide Jean did a great job! He knows a lot about thoose places it‘s nice to listen to him, but since I travelled alone, he also gave me some free time, that I can explore and enjoy the places on my own too!

It was really great tour. We were on a business trip so we wanted to do and see as much as possible and we weren’t dissapointed. Also Sibu was a great guide. Everything went smoothly.
