Copenhagen: CopenHill Ski Pass Including Rental Gear

1. Copenhagen: CopenHill Ski Pass Including Rental Gear

Enjoy the traditional winter sport of skiing year-round at CopenHill. Located in the center of Copenhagen, CopenHill is an active clean energy power plant with a rooftop that has been transformed into a skiing slope. Instead of snow, you will be skiing on an environmentally friendly plastic surface. The roof is 85 meters high, offering astonishing views over the city for an extra special experience. After checking in at the ski-rental station to collect your included rental gear and lift pass, you can start skiing. CopenHill is divided into 3 levels. The upper level is characterized as a black/red piste and is recommended for advanced skiers only. The middle and bottom level is similar to a blue/green piste and recommended for beginners. There is also a slalom course, freestyle park, and, of course, an area for children. The lift systems consist of 4 lifts: the bottom 3 are magic carpet lifts while the upper to steep section is a plate lift. The technique you use to ski on the plastic surface is the same as you would use on real snow, but the feeling will be slightly different. Please remember to start slow and get used to the plastic surface to ensure everyone's safety.

Copenhagen: Complete City by Bike Tour

2. Copenhagen: Complete City by Bike Tour

Prepare yourself to explore the highlights of Copenhagen throughout the course of a leisurely and enjoyable bike ride. Together with your guide, you will cover all of the main sights to see, providing you with an all-encompassing overview of Copenhagen in just 3 hours. On this bike tour you will become well acquainted with the city’s extensive bicycle infrastructure while bouncing from one spot to the next. You can discover the melting pot of Copenhagen’s architectural contrasts at the Renaissance summer palace of Rosenborg, as well as the modern Royal Danish Playhouse. Next, take in the military might at the Citadel, and the hints of Dutch influence in Christianshavn. You can then cycle past the harbor baths, and over unique bridges like the Snake Bridge which leads you back to the mainland to explore the modern and vibrant meatpacking district in Vesterbro. You may even find a trendy dinner spot in the area, keep an eye out! To make sure you don't become worn out, you will take a short break in which you can stretch your legs and buy a snack, enjoying some relaxing “hygge” time. By the time you are dropped off where you began, you will be sure to have a greater knowledge of Copenhagen than before partaking in this tour.

What people are saying about Capital Region of Denmark

Wonderful experience! The staff are lovely, the ski equipment is really nice and the ski hill is really cool! Once you get your ski equipment, there’s a small hill to practice on before you activate your ski pass. Theres a nice bar at the top to enjoy a drink and snacks with a view of either the slopes or Copenhagen. Highly recommend!

A lot of fun on a sunny Day in CPH - truly unique experience. Nice staff. A bit tricky slippery on the skis but fun for an hour
