Copenhagen: CopenHill Ski Pass Including Rental Gear

3. Copenhagen: CopenHill Ski Pass Including Rental Gear

Enjoy the traditional winter sport of skiing year-round at CopenHill. Located in the center of Copenhagen, CopenHill is an active clean energy power plant with a rooftop that has been transformed into a skiing slope. Instead of snow, you will be skiing on an environmentally friendly plastic surface. The roof is 85 meters high, offering astonishing views over the city for an extra special experience. After checking in at the ski-rental station to collect your included rental gear and lift pass, you can start skiing. CopenHill is divided into 3 levels. The upper level is characterized as a black/red piste and is recommended for advanced skiers only. The middle and bottom level is similar to a blue/green piste and recommended for beginners. There is also a slalom course, freestyle park, and, of course, an area for children. The lift systems consist of 4 lifts: the bottom 3 are magic carpet lifts while the upper to steep section is a plate lift. The technique you use to ski on the plastic surface is the same as you would use on real snow, but the feeling will be slightly different. Please remember to start slow and get used to the plastic surface to ensure everyone's safety.

What people are saying about Capital Region of Denmark

Wonderful experience! The staff are lovely, the ski equipment is really nice and the ski hill is really cool! Once you get your ski equipment, there’s a small hill to practice on before you activate your ski pass. Theres a nice bar at the top to enjoy a drink and snacks with a view of either the slopes or Copenhagen. Highly recommend!

Definitely well worth buying the combo ticket. It’s pricey to purchase rides separately. Plenty of rides to go on and I didn’t go on those big scary rides! But loved the other coasters..

Love to be able to skip the long box office queue and price is the same as buying at the box office. Access to all rides, even the haunted house!

Combined ticket saves a lot of waiting at the entrance - but be careful! Draw a bracelet with the online ticket in the park!

It was a great day, long line but it was quick, great rides.
