Everyone knows Machu Picchu, but hardly anyone knows the archaeological site in Caral. Almost as old as the pyramids in Egypt and only discovered 28 years ago, a real insider tip. The excavations are spectacular and yet rarely visited, so you can take your time to see everything undisturbed. The tour north of Lima is also very scenic. Our guide was very friendly and professional. The included Peruvian food was extremely tasty. All in all a very successful day trip!

Alexandra, was waiting outside for us. Cala is a long drive from Lima. Every moment was an adventure. Our guide was so enthusiastic in giving us so much great information and memories. She even met the woman who discovered Cala. She was able to tell us, in every detail, of what discoveries where made. We had a great lunch. I would highly recommend going with Alewandra if it's Cala you want to learn about.

Jose was a wonderful tour guide. He is knowledgeable about the Caral site but he also keeps silent so that you can absorb the history on your own. After the tour, Jose took us to a beach on the Pacific Ocean and then a seaside restaurant. A very pleasant day of education and fun! Murray Toronto, Canada

Caral is a very interesting place, still under development and that is why it is more attractive. The hypotheses are just being developed and there are many unknowns.

The tour was very good. Punctual, friendly, educational and our guide spoke very good English.
