Granada: Albaicin and Sacromonte Tour.

Meeting point - Plaza Nueva at Saturday at 17.00, full of passers-by and tourists, made it difficult for us to find and identify the guide. We were supposed to look for a yellow umbrella, but in the full sun and 34 degrees Celsius heat, the guide was holding the umbrella rolled up. Luckily we were able to join the group. A very successful trip, a competent guide, providing a lot of information and answering questions, high marks for professionalism. A physically difficult trip due to the terrain conditions, climbing stairs and slopes to the top of the hill in the heat. The Arab and Gypsy Quarter are architecturally very interesting with historical references.

A visit in two stages not specified when booking but which suited us anyway. In the morning, The Alhambra from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. And from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. the Albaicin district. Our guide Andréa was able to provide important information without overloading us with dates. The visit to the Alhambra charmed us with particularly the Generalife and its gardens, and the bewitching Nasrid Palace.

Very good speaker. Unfortunately, we had ordered for a visit in English whereas it took place in Spanish (17 participants Spanish for 3 non-Spanish) The guide nevertheless did her best to give us some of her explanations in English but it was remained very partial ...

This is a great tour! I really enjoyed walking through the Albaicín and Sacromonte neighborhoods and learning about the history of the people who lived there. Sumayyah was a great guide!
