Italo was our guide and expertly juggled Italian and English throughout the informative and comprehensive tour. (He also assisted a Spanish-soeaking couple with directions in the midst of the tour!) The itinerary included major Neapolitan sites, including Castel Nuovo, Reale di Napoli (Royal Palace of Naples), Galleria Umberto I, Via Toledo, Basilica Di Santa Chiara, Spaccanapoli, and the great reveal of the jaw-dropping underground remains of Neapolis, Napoli's Greek-founded ancestor from the 5th century BCE.
