Our host was amazing. She spent time talking with us about making strudel and presented a clear concise process which we will be able to replicate. We were treated two delicious strudels, apple and sour cherry with cottage cheese. Additionally, we were able to enjoy her homemade soda with syrup made from family grown elderberries and raspberries. It was a lovely fresh drink!

We loved the market tour and getting to taste Hungarian specialties! Kata was a fun guide and very informative. Food was very good and easy to make. We learned a lot!
