My parents had Shawn as their guide and absolutely loved him! The ride was comfortable, but hold onto your belongings since it’s sort of “open”. They loved seeing and hearing all about Central Park. During the tour, he stopped to let them get out in certain spots like where Gossip Girls filmed, the fountain where Friends was filmed and the John Lennon Imagine area. Ride was at 4pm and they were there at 3:45pm and went on the ride right away and lasted a little longer than one hour. They chose drop off at Fifth Avenue shops so they could walk to a nearby restaurant.
