1. From Paris: Full-Day Loire Valley Chateaux Tour

Escape the hustle and bustle of Parisian life and enter into the Garden of France. Stroll the walkways of the French monarchs, hear tales of royal love affairs and kidnappings, and behold the beauty of the Loire Valley's exquisite Chateaux.  The first stop of the day is Château de Chambord; the perfect example of French Renaissance architecture, this remarkable structure was built by King François I between 1519-1547 and is the largest château in the Loire Valley. Who designed this masterpiece is still in dispute, and with contenders including Leonardo da Vinci, its sights are sure not to disappoint. Next up is the charming Château de Chenonceau, a true fairy tale castle set picturesquely on the Cher River, its history and character has been shaped by the women who've inhabited it. The site of the first-ever French fireworks display, Chenonceau is really one to fall in love with. The last stop will be at Château de Cheverny, a 17th-century beauty furnished in great taste and with marvelous gardens. Enjoy free time for lunch (not included) during the day either at Chenonceau or Chambord. You’ll be back in Paris in the evening.

This tours was a great sampling of some Loire Valley highlights! I loved how much we saw; it was really packed with activities. Kind of pricey, but it was worth it with how much we saw, plus the small tour group size. The only thing I wish was different was for the tour to be longer. I would've loved an extra 30 minutes at each Chateau to take a walk around the gardens and see some of the exterior features of the place. The current tour structure is pretty in/out quickly, and I would've liked to see more of these beautiful places.

Everything was exactly as desctibed and on time. The tour is long of course but its an easy way for the ones that do not want to rent a car and drive all the way to the valey. We did not had to wait and both the driver and the guide were very proffesional and analytic. Value for money. We did not regret we did not took the audioguides and stick to the 115 euro tickets.

Incredible experience! Alex was our guide and she did a fantastic job driving us around, providing plenty of insight into the castles, and ensuring our trip was exceptional. There were only 3 people in our group, making it a very personalized experience.

The guides were very sweet and also very knowledgeable. The bus was pretty comfortable but on the 22 hour tour there is a lot of bus time. It’s a great tour. I recommend it!

The chateaus were impressive, especially Chenonceau. Our guide, Jacque , kept the tour on a good pace.
