What people are saying about Centro Region

Shortly after, we were picked up from Porto and taken to a special shortcut to reach the Arouca Bridge entrance. When we got to the bridge, we were not so exhausted as the others coming from the car park. Crossing the bridge was an excellent experience. It is really worth walking. Then we went down the Paiva Walkways, which was about 5 km. It was quite hard because of the heat, but we survived. The views were incredible. After that, we were driven to a village for a local lunch. Delicious food, nice chats over the table. Then we went to Aveiro, a stunning town over the ocean called a Portuguese Venice. Our guide, Norberto, was really so friendly, informative, very well organised and tried to do his best to make our trip outstanding. And in fact, he did. I truly recommend this trip as we enjoyed it very much.

Incredibly beautiful route. We were lucky enough to be almost alone on the Rio Mondego in October when the weather was very nice. The 18 km were easy to manage, even though it was our first kayak tour. The guide explained everything very well. Really worth it!

What a wonderful kayak trip on the Mondego today. Beautiful setting really enjoyed it. Nice stop for lunch. Nice guidance. Next time we are here we will go again! (Family with 3 children: 12,12 and 17 years).

Norberto was great and looked after us all day while being really informative. Highly recommend booking through Norberto. The walk had lovely views and lots of steps.

Was an amazing buggy tour so much fun, great offroading and also a bit of history on the local areas when you stop in the beauty spots!
