I take a star because this tour was not done at the last minute. Finally it was changed to the Glacier 3000 tour, which I will comment on. The trip was long but not boring thanks to the landscape that could be seen from the window. At all times the guide explained to us what, how, when and where we should act. The problem was the short time of the experience at the destination itself since they lost a little more than 5 hours in Geneva coming and going.

The trip was vastly amended due to bad weather. While this is certainly not the fault of the tour company, the amended trip could have been better planned. We spent many hours in a place where there is nothing to do and only 1 hour in a town where there is plenty to do. When I asked why it was to accommodate a second tour group. Amazing ride! It is self-guided but inside the bus the guide gave a lot of information on what to do in Geneva and Chamonix.
