Really excellent tour, would highly recommend. It was a thourough tour and interesting to learn about a family run champagne house which is still in the family! Nice to get to know a smaller house, as it felt more personal and authentic. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and warm; we had a great time seeing the cellars and even got to turn the champagne bottles. The tasting is generous and delicious, and the champagne and tour are both good value. Will come back for the picnic next time! Thanks

Being able to see the champagne production process is an experience that can only be achieved by traveling to the Champagne region, and it was a valuable experience! If I had been fluent in French, I would have been able to absorb a lot more, but the producers guided me and did their best to explain as much as possible! It was a great opportunity to directly experience the passion and hard work of the producers.

A small but fine family business, the Vollereaux house. In contrast to larger manufacturers, you can actually see how the champagne is made. During the tour of the cellars (during ongoing operations), you will learn how the champagne is harvested, pressed, temporarily stored and according to which criteria the champagne is made from up to three different grapes, right through to bottling. The champagne is also very interesting and well explained and tasty and affordable. Highly recommended!
