This tour was definitely a great way to get an overview of London in one day. We took it on our first full day in London, which helped us identify what areas we wanted to go back and explore further. Frank was very knowledgeable and entertaining. A few things to note. It was a rather large group, which I personally would not do again (just my own preference), there is quite a bit of walking involved and at a fairly rapid pace, several times through very crowded areas. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Frank did a wonderful job at making sure to provide “comfort breaks” (some locations charge to use the restroom, your credit card will get you in if you don’t have change. Be sure to eat breakfast or carry snacks, lunch was later and you definitely work up an appetite! I truly appreciated that we were able to hitch a ride to Harrod’s at the end even though we were not going there to have tea. Have your camera ready! So much to see!

Georgie was an amazing guide! We had a fun and insightful tour that was perfectly catered to our group and our interests. I’m thankful we could see so much of the guards and cavalry without the crowds. I had my 6 year old with me, and would not have been able to do this without her. I koved Georgie’s upbeat personality and humor, as well as her amazing knowledge. I’d recommend this tour to everyone.

Easy to use. As expected. The big bus could be more clear about the route the bus is taking since it is two loops with a main stop in between - it’s does one loop from the main stop then the other loop.

Had a wonderful experience. I had taken my parents and 4 year old for a day out in the big city. They enjoyed every bit of it. Booking tickets in advance was very convenient. Definitely worth the dime.

Natalie was great, very informative and picked the best spots for pictures.
