Reservations were very easy to make. Finding a room to stay in Charleston was just a little more difficult. I would advise that you drive to Patriots Point to enjoy this cruise. Taxis are not dependable in this area. We almost missed the boat. The crew spotted us coming down the walk and the captain reversed the engines and backed up to board us. The crew hurried to reset the walkway between the ship and the dock. I'm disabled and don't move very fast. The crew treated us like we were special and important. It was a wonderful experience. The moon was full and the atmosphere was spectacular both indoors and out on the deck. My wife wanted something special for my birthday this year. I don't have many left. It was a beautiful start to this year. She says we're doing this again. The food was good but the crew went "overboard" with their hospitality and attention. It was worth every dollar. We went on a Friday night. It was the best weekend get away I've ever taken.

Every crew member was super friendly and helpful. The pilot of the ship gave us smooth sailing throughout the evening. Our server (Paige) was wonderfully attentive and one could tell that she really enjoys what she does. The dinner was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. The photographer did a great job with our photos and we appreciated the quality of our momento. Overall, one of the best evenings we have ever had and we would recommend an evening dinner cruise with SpiritLine to everyone!

A couple of things to know: it's a walking tour that takes you a few blocks in any directions(nothing strenuous) & it goes rain or shine. I know this because it poured on the 5 of us! Our guide Nancy was interesting and encouraged conversations about our regional food backgrounds. The food was delicious and ranged from benne cookies to a healthy helping of muscles to a lovely cup of she crab soup and ended with a slice of opera cake. We had a lot of fun and were too full to have dinner!

Best tour I've ever taken in Charleston! Our guide, Christina, was so incredibly knowledgeable! She made the tour fun, informative and the FOOD--amazing! I highly recommend this tour!

Your guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I would have preferred the last stop be a dessert food rather than a main course.
