Discover the secrets of authentic Thai cuisine with a private 4-hour cooking class in Chiang Mai. Shop for ingredients at Siri Wattana Market then head to the open-air kitchen to create traditional Thai dishes with the help of a professional chef.   At the cooking class, you’ll be assigned an individual cooking station and, after watching a demonstration, set to work creating an array of traditional Thai dishes. Depending on the day's menu, you'll perhaps prepare a tasty tom yum goong (hot and sour prawn soup), a spicy gaeng khiew waan gai (green curry with chicken), or a classic phad thai with fried rice noodles.   You'll also be given the recipes to take away with you and tips for ingredient substitutions to help you recreate your favorite dishes back home.

We had a wonderful time throughout. Loved the market and the location of the school was beautiful. Everything was well thought out and planned and we were treated like royalty. The actual cooking class was fun and so informative! We learned so much and can’t wait to try at home!
