Full description
After pickup, enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee at Trailhead Café before preparing for the day ahead. After a comfortable 45-minute journey in a Toyota Fortune, begin the adventure with a boat ride across the Mae Kuang reservoir on a longtail boat, so you can admire the wonderful mountainous scenery on all sides.   After the boat trip, the riding begins. Cycle along a combination of quiet country roads, dirt dual track and single tracks. Pass through a quiet country village and lookout point where you can take a break and enjoy a drink. The cycling tour continues through verdant teak forests and a cave full of bats and if you’re lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of a snake.   From this point, the trail is mainly dirt dual track with some small uphill sections, as well as downhill sections eventually coming out onto the road in front of the famous “Sticky Waterfall” (Bua Tong). Here, swim in the many waterfall tiers and relax in the cooling waters.   After a delicious lunch, you will be escorted back to the Trailhead office or their accommodation. The tour is suitable for people of all ages and abilities with only a good level of fitness required. You will have the option to skip certain sections upon request and use the support vehicle depending on the level of fitness. The maximum tour length is 25km with 500m of climbing. Our friendly and professional guides will take photos and videos along the journey which are included in the package for your treasured memories of the cycling tour.

Staff and equipment were great! The ride was about 13 miles (mostly on roads, but a good bit on jungle trails) and the journey ended at sticky falls with a late lunch. Make sure you are pretty experienced when riding. This tour could be very testing if you do not do mountain biking once or twice a month regularly.

Excellent guided tour, caters for all cycling abilities , just get in the van when it gets too difficult. About 30km in total including boat over the reservoir, with regular stops for drinks, snacks etc. refreshing finish at sticky waterfall for lunch. Well recommended.

Amazing experience biking through the jungle to Sticky Waterfalls!! Be prepared for a workout with plenty of rest stops along the way. Our guides Lek and James were fantastic!! Lek knew how to keep it light and fun when biking up some of the steeper hills and you could really tell how much he enjoys biking. James was an excellent driver who was available to drive anyone who needed a break from biking up some of the steeper inclines. Sticky Waterfalls was a great way to end the tour. I've never been anywhere like it. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a bit more of a physical challenge than your average tour.
