Begin by being greeted at your Chiang Mai accommodation by your local guide, and then meet your fellow foodies. For a more personal experience the group size is limited to eight people Follow a route that will take you to two evening food markets, where you will try a wide variety of dishes, from kannon jin (Chinese noodles) to northern Thai speciliaities, coconut dumplings, stewed pork leg, and if you still some space, finishing with some of Thailand's distinctive desserts and sweets. Begin your laid-back evening bike tour at 6.00 PM by heading towards the old city wall’s eastern gate, passing many of Chiang Mai’s quaint lanes. Arrive at the first stop, Tha Phae Gate, which was once the entrance through which traders brought their wares into the city. Learn more about Chiang Mai's history as a trading hub at this beautifully restored gate.  Continue your ride through the spaghetti streets of the old city to the temple Wat Intakhin, with its serene 700 hundred year old white Buddha and the Three Kings Monument, where you will hear about the founding of Chiang Mai. Excellent, informative well organised and enjoyable Thai cooking experience. Everything was great from the pickup at the arranged time to the market and the farm which was pretty. The instructor, Tay was great and taught us lots about Thai food and the ingredients used in cooking. We made lots of tasty food, we couldn't eat it all so got to take some home too.

Such a great evening cooking class. Our teacher was very charismatic and funny and made every step super simple and fun. The tour around the farm tasting the ingredients was a nice touch, its a really beautiful place. I would definitely recommend.

Superb morning! Visit a local market to discover Thai ingredients and customs around food. Then workshop where our personal "Cheffe" made us prepare and taste 3 great dishes! PS: do not hesitate to eat very very light before
