Full description

Depart Chiang Mai and travel by covered pickup truck to the start of the trek in the wilds of Northern Thailand in approximately 1 hour. Arrive at the starting point and begin your adventure. Hike along one of numerous available routes using local trails that can vary depending on the conditions of the day. The versatility of the itinerary will ensure that you experience some of Thailand's most pristine forest up close. Stop for lunch in the lush jungle or at a village, and enjoy a delicious packed lunch of homemade Thai food with fresh fruit. Stroll through the village after lunch, and then continue your trek through the beautiful forest. Encounter friendly locals and hill tribes and get a glimpse into their everyday lives. Return to the transfer vehicle and drive back to Chiang Mai for an approximate arrival time in the city at 17:00.

This outing was great, we had a great time! Our guide Chin (sorry if there is a mistake) was very friendly and interesting, showing us, explaining and tasting many things! I loved evolving in the middle of this magnificent nature! The lunch was excellent. In short, one of the best moments of my trip to Thailand (I have been here for 1 month!). PS: we were only 2 because few tourists in this period, the top!

The Tour was amazing! Don't panic if they're a lil bit late, depending on how many people they have to pick up at different locations in the city that can be up to half an hour. Our Guide shared lots of super interesting information and spoke English very well. The drive itself is amazing as well. Shorts will do, but u definitely need anti mosquito spray. Also, bring at least sneakers - they will be very dusty afterwards, tho. The hike itself isn't that exhausting, but definitely not just "walking around" either. Lunch in the mountains was amazing. Worth every penny!:)

Great day trip. Our guide Chin (Michael) was absolutely nice and friendly. He told us a lot about the region, people, culture and the wildlife. On our trip we were the only two who booked the Trip so we had even more the chance to ask questions about everything - and he was able to give us all the answers - very profound. The trip was not as exhausting as we expected due to the reviews - it's a nice little hike - would have enjoyed some more hours ...
