We loved the class! Our instructor was very kind, funny, and knowledgeable—I would recommend this for couples and platonic friends alike! Be prepared to make truffles as a pair. You get to mix your own medium ganache, spice it with a variety of flavors, and make them into bonbons. You’ll make truffles as well and top them with whatever you want! You will leave with at least 12 fancy chocolates. This place is so cute I really recommend it. You’d pay more for just the chocolate you leave with in the states. While this course is not necessarily vegan friendly, their shop has many vegan chocolate items for sale.
What an amazing class only made more enjoyable by the friends we made by during the class! It was a great opportunity to learn more about handling chocolate with hands on experience of making ganache, tempering, maki g filled chocolates in molds, and finally Hand rolling and coating truffles. Highly recommended

Fun and I learned how to make chocolate pieces as well as how to mix chocolates with cream for cakes, etc. The instructor was nice and made it fun.
