I had booked the wrong day and the staff were a amazing and allowed us to go on the day we had turned up. I was really impressed with the customer service

Lovely evening out, lots of useful information about the river and Krakow. Boat was lovely and clean, lots of lovely pictures from the top deck!

We was the only ones on the boat but the captain/tour guide kept us entertained with brilliant local knowledge and old story's.

Nice cruise in the morning taking in the wonderful sights of Krakow.
